Each evening as the sun sinks into the Indian Ocean, locals and tourists in Stone Town head to Forodhani Gardens on the waterfront for the nightly food market serving freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, grilled fresh seafood, Zanzibari pizza and other local delights.
