Mount Yasur
Photo of the week, South Pacific, South Pacific Sailing, Vanuatu — By Kelly on August 18, 2011 8:18 AMMt Yasur is an active volcano on the island of Tanna, Vanuatu. Climbing to the summit is easy, the low volcano rises to a height of 361 m (1,184 ft) above sea level. It was an amazing and frightening experience to stand on the rim of the volcano as flaming lava shot out of the crater. Yasur can be heard booming from miles away, and ash is always in the air.

These pictures represent a lot! They look like the door to heaven. Great for real!
Also, this volcano is amazing, nobody believes that you can take a picture of the eruption. Fantastic!
